Lose Fat Lower Legs
Question: I am a small UK size 10 but have big calf muscles and from the knees down I'm a bit of a tree trunk. I want nice neat ankles and leg definition. In fact my ankles actually look like they're fat/swollen. Any good exercises for this? Ewa
Answer: Ewa, You can't spot reduce the fat off of your ankles, or from anywhere else on your body. But you can reduce the fat percentage of your body as a whole through cardiovascular exercise and healthy eating. Your ankles should shrink proportionately.
