Low Fat Cheese Bodybuilding Recipe

Low-fat Pimiento Cheese Side Dish

2 ½ cups sharp Cheddar cheese (reduced fat)
12 oz. container of 2% cottage cheese
¼ cup fat free mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon white pepper
5 drops Tabasco sauce
4 oz. jar chopped pimientos, undrained

Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add pimiento and pulse 5 times.
