Rice Pudding Bodybuilding Recipe
Vegetarian Rice Pudding Snack/Dessert 1 liter vanilla soy milk
1 cup Basmati rice
¼ cup cornstarch
Raisins, to taste
¾ cup honey
2 teaspoons cinnamonPreheat oven to 325° .
Cook rice until ¾ done. Mix cornstarch into soy milk. Combine all ingredients an 11 x 14 inch casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
